After watching the Minecraft documentary when I was in middle school, I was enthralled with the idea of being able to create my own programs. I talked about how much I want to learn programming so often that my Aunt Carol bought Java for Dummies for me to read. Thus, I spent my summer between 6th and 7th grade eagerly learning how to code using Java. By the end of the summer, I had read through the entire book and had written code for a calculator program. I was so excited; I shared my calculator with everyone I knew. At this point, I was hooked. Unfortunately, my high school did not offer any programming classes, so I continued to learn some programming independently and started exploring C++. I continued to learn about programming, primarily using C#, at University of Baltimore and have now graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Simulation and Game Design.
In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, listening to music, attending concerts, swimming, and watching football with family and friends. I also enjoy playing trumpet and am a proud member of the Baltimore Ravens Marching Band.
